Jasmine Brown is the Founder and Property Director of Sell My Childcare Centre, a specialist brokerage dedicated exclusively to childcare property and business sales, and to supporting developers and investors in securing high-quality tenants for their centres.

With more than 20 years’ experience in real estate and over 13 years of working solely within the childcare sector, Jasmine brings deep, end-to-end knowledge of the industry. As both an investor and a mum, she understands childcare not only as a commercial asset class, but as a service that must balance financial performance, compliance, community trust and quality care.

Jasmine’s career foundation was built across major organisations including Coles Group and Colliers, before moving into senior roles within leading childcare groups. Her standout achievement was at Kids Club Early Learning, where as Site Acquisitions and Business Development Manager she played a key role in expanding the portfolio from two centres to forty. During this period, the group achieved a national Chamber of Commerce award, maintained ‘Exceeding’ NQS ratings across the portfolio, and ultimately transacted at an 8x multiple, one of the strongest outcomes seen in the sector at the time. Jasmine also held responsibility for facilities management across the entire portfolio, ensuring each centre was optimised in both presentation and long-term value.

Today, Jasmine applies this operator-level experience through Sell My Childcare Centre, where she advises on business sales, distressed centres, AFL adn lease assignments, and developer-led leasing opportunities. She is known for her ability to identify upside, structure transactions carefully, and align the right operators with the right sites. Having been involved in over 100 childcare transactions, Jasmine is widely recognised for achieving strong outcomes while maintaining transparency and trust throughout the process.
