If you sign an exclusive agency agreement with is to sell or lease your childcare centre, business or site there are no fees, marketing costs, or any other hidden costs involved in selling or leasing your centre. We reach out to our select list of buyers and childcare providers who are verified and ready to buy now. The buyer or lessee pays the fee based on the agreed price or agreed rent, which is invoiced to them after completion of the transaction.
The no-fee terms apply for the entire duration of your exclusivity agreement, which is six months unless otherwise specified in our agreement. During this period, we will present your property to our select list of signed buyers whose preferences align with your opportunity. Your property or business will generally remain off-market (based on your preference) with us to ensure confidentiality and maintain exclusivity.
